DELICIOUS JEWELLERY: These decorations are oven-baked and made with love. These treats have no calories and no use-by date.

I produce the liquorice and my other products by hand from the paste and harden them in the oven. After they have been baked, I turn the paste into jewellery, earrings, rings, cufflinks, stickpins, and mobile phone jewellery. I use the paste for everything. I also manufacture custom-made jewellery.

I try to get the materials close by, so I can at the same time support other local entrepreneurs. In addition to jewellery, I manufacture bags, purses and clothing. They have mostly been manufactured from hand-printed fabrics or recycled materials. I founded Makea Elämä in June 2010 in Ulvila, Western Finland. I work from home and sell the decorations from there few times a week. Moreover, my products are sold in shops around Finland and I also have an online shop.
